Whether you’re dropping off a unit for Cleansing, Maintenance, Tailoring, or Repair, you can schedule a drop-off time that fits your availability. Once your drop-off is confirmed, you’ll receive a unique lock code along with simple instructions. 🧾 An invoice will be sent once your service is completed and your unit is ready for pick-up. 📦 Please be sure to schedule a Pick-Up Service separately to retrieve your item once it’s ready.

Pick-Up Services For your convenience, a secure Lock Box is available for after-hours Pick-Up of serviced wigs and product orders. Whether you’re retrieving a freshly cleansed unit, a tailored wig, or a purchased item, this flexible option allows you to collect your items outside of regular business hours. 🔐 A unique lock code will be provided once your service or product is ready and pick-up/drop-off is confirmed.
